Contribute to our Accessibility Fund

Neuroaffirming care should be available to everyone who needs it, and financial gifts help make that possible.

3% Cover the Fee

Accessibility often comes down to small, practical things, and many of them are expensive: a quieter room, dimmable lights, noise-cancelling headphones, weighted lap pads, fidgets, and communication options that don’t depend on speech. The General Fund pays for those things and more. Donations cover sensory and communication supports for our clients, including AAC devices, visual schedules, and other tools that help people feel comfortable and understood, along with accommodations for our autistic and neurodivergent staff.

Why support us?

  • ✽

    We’re neurodivergent-led

Our practice is run by neurodivergent people who understand these needs firsthand. We know what makes a space feel safe because we’ve needed it ourselves.

  • ✽

    You’ll see where it goes

We are happy to share how your funds are being used, so you know exactly what your support made possible.

  • ✽

Our justice sensitivity keeps us accountable

Many of us are wired with a strong sense of fairness, and we take that seriously. These funds will go where we say they’ll go, otherwise we won’t sleep at night.

  • ✽

    Access shouldn’t depend on income

Many of the tools that make care accessible are costly, and clients shouldn’t have to source their own. Your support means they’re already here when someone needs them.

  • ✽

Small gifts make a real difference

A pair of noise-cancelling headphones or a set of communication cards can change how someone experiences a session. Some of our clients experience the feeling of being seen for the first time, in our neuro-affirming space.

    Be part of the change

“Neuroaffirming” has become a common word, and living up to it takes ongoing work. When care isn’t shaped by neurodivergent people, it can miss the mark in ways that hurt. Your support helps us keep learning from lived experience and share what we learn with the wider community.
