At KS Neuroaffirming Collective, we believe that every client deserves to be truly seen, understood, and supported in ways that honour their unique strengths, needs, and lived experiences. Our practice specializes in neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and relationship-based approaches, with a strong focus on serving autistic, ADHD, PDA, and neurodivergent children, teens, and adults.

We’re building a team of like-minded folks who share our values of compassion, equity, and client-led care. Here, you’ll find a collaborative environment that respects your autonomy as a practitioner while providing the resources, mentorship, and community you need to thrive.

We offer:

• Access to our Jane practice management system and Stripe payment processing

• Administrative support to reduce your non-billable workload

• Regular consultation and peer connection opportunities

• Referrals from an established client base seeking neurodiversity-affirming support

• Option to work fully online or in-person (office space available in Calgary; potential future options in other locations)

We’re a great fit if you:

• Are a mental health professional, or if you have extensive knowledge of neuroaffirming care

• Have experience or a strong interest in working with neurodivergent clients

• Value low-demand, client-led approaches that prioritize nervous system safety

• Want to be part of a supportive, values-driven practice community
