We intentionally designed the space so that it doesn’t feel so “kid-ish” that adults don’t feel comfortable, and yet appeals to kids and youth with all of the art and play options.

Full-time

We only have one unfurnished full-time office left!

All full-time renters have access to our waiting room and kitchen. Offices are 9.5 x 14 ft with a large window and city skyline view.

Enter the Macleod I building foyer, and you can take the elevator or the stairs. When you get up to the 4th floor, turn left and follow the hallway until you reach the end of it to find suite 440. We have a cozy waiting room - please enjoy!

Part time

Sensory-themed office

$150/month +GST for a designated half-day (8am-3pm or 3pm-10pm)

$250/month +GST for a designated full day (e.g., every Tuesday of the month)

Office 3

$175/month +GST for a designated half-day (8am-3pm or 3pm-10pm)

$275/month +GST for a designated full day (e.g., every Tuesday of the month)

Full time

$1300/month for a fulltime unfurnished office - 9.5 x 14 ft, large window, city skyline view, access to waiting room and kitchen, wifi included. Willing to negotiate pricing/come up with a creative arrangement for the right fit.

Paid parking lot and parkade onsite ($3/hr)

Free parking across the street at Chinook Centre - we highly recommend parking at Phil & Sebastian (at the north end of the mall), grabbing a coffee and a treat, and walking across the street to the office (approx 5 mins) ☕️🍩😋
