Moneka Robinson-Eddie

Moneka Robinson-Eddie

With over 20 years of experience in education, I specialize in inclusive education and the holistic support of children and youth navigating complex emotional, behavioural, and neurodivergent needs. My work focuses on trauma-informed and grief-sensitive practices, behaviour support, autism inclusion, and deepened understanding of profiles such as Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA).

I have extensive experience collaborating with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to build classroom environments and school cultures that are compassionate, equitable, and responsive. My approach is grounded in relationship-based practices, with a strong emphasis on emotional regulation, co-regulation, and proactive intervention strategies tailored to individual student profiles.

I offer professional development, coaching, and consultation to schools and educators on inclusive practices, behaviour support planning, and neurodiversity-affirming approaches. I also develop individualized strategies and support for students experiencing trauma, grief, or behavioural challenges, including those with autism or complex communication needs.

My practice is rooted in educational equity and the belief that every child deserves to be seen, understood, and supported within their learning environment.
